Pros

Amazing office in the downtown with great view Good tech stack Great international team Some good advices from management

Cons

Not-so-great management who often act rudely and out-of-scope Job description doesn't entirely match reality If you underperform (in their view), you get warned, but little help and time

Pros

- Attractive working environment with free barista, gym annual parties and guaranteed travel abroad for most roles other benefits include health insurance options, cycle to work schemes etc. - Entrepreneurial mentality that encourages creativity - Generally positive culture and the possibility to progress quickly with dedication and interpersonal skills

Cons

- Salaries can be low for London, especially given that the company asks a lot of their staff - The classic cult-like oddness and politics the higher up you get - Training can be lacking (very, in some cases) with sometimes poor oversight from senior management
