Pros

Mission: helping change the world is very rewarding Values: The 7 core values all align with personal responsibility and careful stewardship of companies Culture: flat, accessible management and flexible with personal needs Work: given agency to work on projects with no fear of backlash for failures and celebrated for success. The training is also excellent. I'll always be able to sell something from what I learned at EF. Benefits: lots of free travel and generous employment package

Cons

Pay: is lower than average in market Communication: it sometimes feels like people work in silos with others not knowing what is happening in their areas

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. So great to hear you're enjoying the office and office culture at our London office! Every year, we evaluate our compensation packages to make sure they are benchmarked with our industry, and we appreciate your feedback on low pay as we evaluate this. Furthermore, your feedback on progression not being straightforward is helpful to hear, as it's true that EF careers are often not "straightforward" on a typical career ladder, but rather growth can come across departments, divisions, and countries. That said, we recognize we can do a better job of communicating opportunities, and we’re working on ways to make those pathways clearer. If you have any questions, you can always speak with your manager or local Recruitment and Employee Development team too. Thanks again for sharing!
