Hello there, we are glad to hear that the people, benefits, and travel opportunities made a meaningful impact on your experience as an Account Manager in Denver. Making sure our staff feel supported and guided by strong leadership is something we hold ourselves to, and we appreciate you sharing where that fell short for you. On return to office, prior to Covid, we had a traditional 5 days in policy for office-based staff which then evolved over several years from remote permitted to 2 days in, then 3, and now 4. We are committed to in-person collaboration whenever possible and know that change doesn't work for everyone. Thank you for your review and time with us in Denver.

Pros

Superb office facilities, staff and access to everything needed.

Cons

The London office was a bit of a travel from Northampton. I was initially hired to be in the office 2 days a week which then turned into 4.

Really glad you enjoyed working at the London office. The office policy communication is good to note; that's something candidates should have clarity on from the start, and we will work on making sure that's clearer upfront. Hope you're doing well since your time with EF.

Thank you for your review, and for sharing your experience as a Customer Success Manager in the EF Austin office. Our Sales and Customer Success structure continues to evolve as we grow, and that growth would not be possible without our dedicated team members. If you’d like to talk through what this means for your career path, we’d encourage you to connect with your manager or your Recruitment and Employee Development team. Also, we continue to look for more convenient parking options available to staff and appreciate the note about this.
