Pros

Creative and dynamic work environment with significant freedom to test new ideas and approaches. Strong opportunities for junior employees to take ownership early and grow quickly. International setting with a performance-driven culture and motivated colleagues.

Cons

High employee turnover, particularly in entry-level roles, which increases the workload for more senior team members. At times, maintaining a healthy work-life balance can be challenging due to the fast pace. Several processes could be automated but remain manual due to gaps in internal information flow and decision-making prioritization.

Hi, this is great to hear. Thanks so much for taking the time to write about working in Stockholm. These are some great suggestions and we definitely recommend you discuss with your manager if you haven't already (it's also been shared with leadership in the meantime). Glad to have you as part of the team!

Pros

The environment and culture are great! The people make it a fun place to work, and the sales experience you get is very helpful. They don't require any prior sales experience to apply and give you about 3 weeks of paid onboarding where they teach you their sales process, which I found very helpful. Overall, a great experience!

Cons

The pay wasnt out of this world, but for a summer internship, I think it was fine. You get a bonus if you hit your goal (number of bookings per summer) and $5 for every booking over goal. You could also work overtime and get paid $18 per hour of overtime.
