Pros

- Get to work with interesting students from around the world - Get to work on a beautiful campus with benefits such as a gym and pool for free -Can get on-campus housing if needed -Lots of young people to work with and make friends with -Tarrytown is one of the best places to live. Fun and cute small town near NYC -Some fun events involved in working at EF

Cons

-Everyone is expected to work overtime almost every day with no special pay -No consideration for work/life balance, especially if you live on-campus -Full-time positions are very underpaid -Will be fired if you object to any corporate policies or refuse to work 60 - 80 hrs/wk -Understaffed during crazy summer when most students are there, so students tend to take it out on interns and workers instead of management...have to deal with complaints everyday -No organization or separation between job titles.. confusion on who does what, and if you're a nice person who wants to work hard and get praised, you will be overworked (taken advantage of) and not praised in the least

Pros

The environment is incredibly fun and laid back, although the hours can be demanding. Management is very focused on helping you achieve your goals.

Cons

It is easy to feel like you are being treated like a kid sometimes with lots of rewards like beer and chips for your work. The pay is not so great also.

Pros

A very young and friendly atmosphere makes EF a great place to come to work everyday. They also offer great health benefits and lots of vacation. On top of that, a good work ethic is encouraged, so if or when you do leave the company, you can be sure that you actually have valuable work experience behind you.

Cons

If EF paid higher salaries, I don't think the company would lose as many great employees as it does every year.
