Pros

Fun/collaborative/energetic work environment. All departments work toward one mission. Excellent benefits (generous vacation time, 401(k) matching, health, dental, etc.). Employees feel cared for by management. Transparency is big with senior management. Teams form strong friendships at work. You can feel good about your work because it's helping kids travel the world and they come back transformed.

Cons

The pay is way below average. This is off-set a bit by the free travel opportunities and benefits, but that doesn't pay the bills. No room to move up, only laterally. No professional development system in place or mentoring/training programs established.
