Nice place to work, but you will be underpaid.

Pros

Lovely people to work with. Everyone gets along with each other extremely well and is like one big family. The campus is very peaceful and picturesque. Good benefits package to full time employees. Nice school hours.

Cons

All employees there are underpaid, including those who are "on top" since it is a for-profit school. Unfortunately, this produces a revolving door of talented, yet frustrated staff. This also leaves the school understaffed for so many kids, so you are asked to do more and more. You are really expected to go above and beyond. There will be times that aspect will be annoying, and other times you love it, because you do it for the kids.
