Might be challenging and pushing forward for those who wants to develop his/her language skills. Good internal atmosphere. Supporting collegues.

Cons

Lach of training for teachers, small salary, might suck in the routine that kills motivation and creativity. No carreer advaancement unless you work in a big city.
