Pros

Relatively flexible working hours and the opportunity to work in an exotic country.

Cons

1. Dreadful management. 2. Very poor pay. 3. Unfair pay scale - students score the teachers after each lesson. Students will often give low scores due to a bad internet connection and this will lower the amount you are paid. 4. Very poor lesson material. 5. No chance to progress within the company.

Pros

Great travel opportunities, lots of activities planned for employees, great benefits (health insurance is very comprehensive), potential for additional compensation

Cons

Little to no potential for growth, low starting salaries, shifts are odd hours and likely will be expected to work extra hours
