Pros

Lots of young people. Easy to make friends. Fun company culture and you get a free tour if you stay for a year.

Cons

EF recruits really early to give the impression that the job is more substantial than it is. You are basically phone banking.

Pros

The people there are awesome--young, fun and really bright. Everyone works well together and has a lot of fun.

Cons

Every day you go to work you think about how you can be making 50% more somewhere else.

Pros

Great group of diverse people from around the world. A perfect place for those just out of college. Lots of good energy and a great cause that's also profitable.

Cons

Extreme nepotism and cultural arrogance related to promotions and management, strange for a company that emphasizes the opposite.
