Every week you get to meet new students and create bonds with your fellow teachers and students. The teaching team is awesome, always willing to share resources and help you in anyway.

Cons

It's not about education, it's about customer satisfaction. Management does not care about teachers whatsoever.

Good work life balance and can be challenging to reach sales goals. Young workplace makes it energetic

Cons

All staff is constantly pressured by sales goals. Managers have never sold any program they think all staff could sell anything if they pressure you. Management is not too professional.
