Pros

EF is a company that cares about its people, sells a good product (much better than selling soft drinks), and invests money where it needs to. There is lots of opportunity to move to other offices, switch jobs, take on more or different responsibilities, etc. The ceiling is very high if you want to move up and have good ideas. You do have to be able to take responsibility for yourself and your work though. People who just want to sit back and follow instructions aren't going to like it.

Cons

Growth is very fast and it can be hard to keep up with who does what. The organization is relatively flat and flexible, very little admin, but people do move around a lot so it's not always easy to find the right person to talk to right away. That said, I've been with the company over 10 years and there are still lots of people here who got here before me. It's not that turnover is high, just that people take on new roles and are encouraged to grow.

Pros

A very good work environment if you're in HQ: open space, happy hours, great location, laid-back atmosphere. Company grew a lot within past few years and people managed to grow fast. Company is willing to move and relocate you as long as you're valuable. Company loves to create positions to fit people in. However recently, they tend to clean up unnecessary positions. If "work hard, play hard" sounds good to you, you will love working here.

Cons

It's all about connections here. If you or your line manager happened to be a buddy with the senior people, you will have more chances to grow. You get higher salary if what you do has a direct impact on the product: product manager, designer, developer and salesperson. Company cares less about customer support and operations. Generous on team building events however super stingy when it comes to a financial rewards. They rather give you an iPhone 6, iPad, Mac or anything material as a prize rather than cash.
