Pros

Work in an international environment and meet people from all around the world. Lots of room for growth and development-if you are willing to put in the time and energy and hard work. Opportunity for travel and to take on innovative projects within your department.

Cons

Peak season is often very challenging and tough to get through. Hours increase tremendously. Some departments receive more attention from top management which may lead to negative feelings.
