Pros
From the moment I started working at Duo, I knew this company was special. The amount of enthusiasm, camaraderie, and positive energy I saw when I first walked in hasn't changed in the year and a half I've been here. I think for most people, the novelty of a new job wears off within the first few months, but not here.
This company continues to grow exponentially, but the co-founders always set time aside to meet with each new hire. People say hello when you walk into the building and goodbye as you leave. The company goes out of its way to make sure its employees feel appreciated and heard with recognitions via email and meeting announcements - and they definitely make sure we're well fed (and that they accommodate dietary restrictions.)
I am genuinely proud to be a Duo employee, surrounded by such intelligent, creative, and fun people. Our recruiters do such an excellent job with finding top-notch candidates, and each department does a great job making their members feel welcomed and valued.
Coming to work has never been such a pleasant experience. Thanks, Duo.
Cons
There's really not too much. Not every company is perfect, of course, but Duo tries to keep up with its staff on what it needs to do to improve.
