Pros

Speaking as an engineer, Duo is great. The work is challenging and meaningful, and the engineering culture places a premium on quality, collaborative work. I have learned a great deal working here, and expect I will learn a great deal more. In addition to that, Duo is serious about work-life balance, and will take an active role in making sure you don't burn out. Management is friendly and accessible. Dug Song and Jon Oberheide are great to work with.

Cons

Typical tech startup issues like shifting or unclear requirements and frequent and sometimes disruptive growth, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Cons

Not really a con, but Duo is a high-paced super energetic environment that requires the ability to think on your feet and act decisively at all times while always maintaining a customer first mentality.

The culture is wonderful and inviting while keeping their product world class. There is a constant opportunity to learn from extremely intelligent individuals who are always willing to help. It is a very fun place to work with the work/life balance being excellent.

Cons

Honestly, I have had zero issues with the employment thus far.
