      Pros

      Duo is a great place to work. I have found that along with hard work you can achieve what you set out to achieve and what makes sense for the business. The environment is supportive and inclusive and people assume the best intentions.

      Cons

      Sometimes our "kinder than necessary" core value can turn into passivity. We have to actively push for helpful and constructive conflict so that we get better.

      Great team that all help/encourage you to perform at your best Supportive manager who runs 1-1s with you weekly to help understand and reach your goals Clear progression opportunities (usually promoted to AE position after 12 months) Great training sessions and Sales Bootcamp before you start your role Good work /life balance Goals and achievements are set for the week and you are helped to achieve them and over succeed Everyone is incredibly friendly and you slot right in really quickly Good base salary and commission package with opportunities to win further bonuses through SPIFF competitions ran throughout the year. Company maintains a really great approach to culture at all times.
