      Pros

      - Great team working environment where everyone is willing to help out and support you - Amazing product that customers love and believe in - Strong leadership team - Open communication throughout the company - Diverse and fun culture

      Cons

      - Below market compensation - Average medical/dental insurance - Work-life balance is still something the company needs to work on (although this is expected as the company grows at such rapid rate right now)

      Thanks for the feedback! The pros are all great to hear, but so are the cons. We do revisit our comp every 6 months and our benefits every 12 months, so we're always looking to step up our game and ensure our comp is competitive (and hopefully better!) in our new markets and geographies.

      Pros

      Everyone and I mean everyone is amazing, from the front desk to the CEO. The company makes an effort to diversify it's teams and looks for the potential in people. I love working here and I hope as we grow we keep the culture we have. Dug Song is an inspiration, he's humble, wicked smart and genuinely cares about everyone on staff. Duo is one of those companies that you just wanna grow old with.

      Cons

      I haven't been here long enough to find any. I think as we grow and build new processes there'll be some, but the positives FAR exceed any minor gripes one would find in any job.

      Rewarding work with a stellar team

      Pros

      So, the unofficial 'no a**holes' hiring policy basically says it all. The Duo team is made up of a fantastically diverse blend of wickedly smart people that I am proud to work with and for. Work/life balance is not just a buzzword, it's built in with PTO that doesn't hit a limit and people managers that know that time off is key to being at 100% when you're back. I am in school full time as well as working full time and I can honestly say the support for this is above and beyond what I've seen at some of the other 'best places to work' in the SaaS industry. When I have an idea I am encouraged to speak up and then encouraged to take the lead and make it a reality. You can fail, but fail fast and apply it the next time you try something. Duo is growing at super speed so we have to work to match that pace, but it's fun with this team.

      Cons

      I am honestly trying to add value by finding a constructive con. As a young company some of the structure you might have elsewhere is still lacking. This is great for me, but if you need more processes in place it may not work for you. Otherwise I simply love it here - great people, collaborative office spaces, attention to feedback and growth areas, an amazing focus on career development, and amenities above what you'd expect from so small a company.
