Pros

The culture at Duo is great, some of the nicest people I've ever known. We get to work on really cool things and I've been given a great deal of autonomy to pursue projects I'm interested in.

Cons

Duo has some issues with managers both giving and receiving preferential treatment with regards to pay and promotions. If you're not best friends with your manager it can be much more difficult to move up or to get raises. People on my team have left due to the pay and advancement disparity between members of the department. In addition to all of this, pay as a whole is subpar for the industry
