      Pros

      Honest Leadership and a truly tech culture. Company and team leadership truly care about work-life balance and company success. If you have a long work history, it is easy to appreciate the great things about DUO. Strong product, strong leadership and some of the top people in the security industry.

      Cons

      I have no complaints about anything. I have worked in multiple startups as well as large corporations. DUO is a great combination of startup culture and continued focus on improvement. High energy, high collaboration and care for other team members help to keep any cons at bay.

      The technical and industry expertise at the executive level is incredible. Management is open to feedback and suggestions for ways to improve. There is a huge opportunity for career growth. Collaborative and supportive team culture.

      Pros

      Working at Duo has made me realize how inefficient my previous workplace was. Even though Duo is still trying to establish many processes as it grows, at least there are proper mechanisms in place to ensure that each employee is heard and not ignored. That is the most important aspect in a workplace for me. My fellow coworkers are kind and helpful and welcoming. The office in Ann Arbor has lots of windows to let the sunshine in (gotta get that Vitamin D!). Also, the benefits are amazing for a Midwestern company.

      - onboarding/training could use much improvement (organization, streamlining)
