      Pros

      They pay slightly above average pay, have good pto, and a mostly good atmostphere. They also offer great training.

      Cons

      Don't do anything for contractors doing the same work as Dow employees. They have been making MAJOR cutbacks. Firing people that have worked for Dow for 25+ years to rehire contracted employees without benefits or good pay.

      Great work life balance. Enjoyable work culture and colleagues. Focused management.

      Being a contractor means you're kind of stuck in purgatory until further notice.

      Pros

      Dow has the worst leadership of any company I have worked for. It's easy to screw off all day. I haven't been productive in a month and leadership has not noticed. Just show up to your scheduled meetings and smile.

      Bad Leadership at all levels.
