      Pros

      No 2 days are ever the same, a lot of opportunity to grow in your careers as far as types of experiences, exposure and ownership. Dynamic work environment. Good exposure to leadership. Really nice co-workers and a lot of exposure to working in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is difficult within the purchasing department. A key to succeed is to better prioritize tasks and work closely with your leader so that you don't get overwhelmed or work gets behind.
