Pros

Great work life balanced culture. The work environment is very professional and managers here really know how to manage their resources.

Cons

The area (headquarters @ Midland, MI) is a great area but can be a bit too quiet for younger single people. With that said, Midland is close to many great cities for weekend trips. Also, if you have a significant other and or kids, it is a great town to live in.

- Good Pay - Great Benefits (matching 401k & pension) - Fantastic co-workers

Cons

- Horrible management that believes in running the business through fear. - No room for advancement in Operations. - Leadership blackmails negative reviews or performance award by forcing Operators to take roles or different positions. - Management is out of tune of issues on the Operations floor. Safety concerns are not addressed but when something happens the Operators are blamed.
