Usually great working environments (vibe and people). Usually treated well by coworkers. Good systems in place for success if you work for it. Decent pay for the industry. Great benefits in my opinion.INCREDIBLE paternity leave. 16 weeks for women AND men

Revolving leadership. Cyclical market makes for good years and bad. I’ve had some great bonuses. I’ve had no bonuses. Could be in a tight spot with current tariffs. Seems like corporate is trying the best they can.
