      Dow is flexible, the operating disciplines are well written. There are many tools to help any employee do their job successfully.

      Cons

      Away from team soI don't interface with my team much. Leaders tend to forget forget that I exist unless an issue occurs

      Pros

      There is an opportunity for variety of work and exposure to areas outside of your discipline. A major plus is the ability to network with global colleagues and leverage best practices from all regions of operations.

      Cons

      The work culture is unique to the company which is true of every company but telling the story of the culture is not as accurate as it could be. Flexible work environment: Not exactly true as there have been several sitautions noted where there is no sound business case on NOT allowing the flexibility but due to leader bias the answer is no. Doesn't resonate with the culture story being told.
