      Pros

      Good people, good location, good salary, there are a lot of opportunities to grow, global player, chemical production means ability to get the access to innovation.

      Cons

      too competitive invironment, very difficult to go through different industries and departments, impovemnet in salary would be great as it should be in line with cost of living in the location

      Diversity. Global perspective. Broad product portfolio. Ability to move across product segments and business units. Lot of training opportunities available.

      Cons

      Meetings and more meetings. Meetings where nothing gets accomplished! Very consensus oriented. Very political culture. Leaders protect their reports. Either you are a career dow-er or you are not one of them.

      Pros

      They pay well, they really are all about work life balance. There isn't a lot of pressure to get things done or even to go above and beyond, you just have to look busy.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, not the place for a self starter, very highschool atmosphere, more concerned about image and brand then making a positive impact. A lot of nepotism and cronyism. Working hard will never get you there, have to learn how to glad hand and ride the rigth coattails.
