      Good opportunities for younger people, management is weak.

      Pros

      Good opportunities to take on bigger roles, good job security. Nice people, most of which are hard workers.

      Cons

      With the bigger roles, they don't pay according to market. Some people are totally clueless on their jobs, but most are good. Given good job security, sometimes retain less effective people.

      Good opportunities to learn a variety of roles. Global locations, so it is possible to experience different geographies. Overall a good experience

      Cons

      When I was ROI'd and began looking for a new position I quickly realized how under paid I was. There were several job transitions where I moved to another role and was promised a promotion that never materialized.
