The discount as an employee is unmatched. The only reason anyone works here.

Cons

You will never moveup in this industry, The managers tend to see their employees as revolving doors and you'll only be friends with those at your level. Customers come in all shapes - like the horse industry there's lovely people and some horrible rich folks that will only demean you.
