Some talented staff members but they leave due to being micromanaged

Cons

Management has zero leadership skills, toxic work environment, nepotism is alive and well, outside vendors are not paid in a timely manner, no room for growth.

Nepotism and favoritism is rampant. Leadership is prime example of mediocrity rising to the top. Anyone with better skills and knowledge is kept from doing the job they were hired to do. Totally toxic environment. Too bad, could be a great company but leadership makes it a terrible place to work. Zero stars!
