      the discount only. if you are not a horse person there is no reason to work here

      Cons

      no communication, no management direction, no company direction, no motivation, no positive reinforcement. extreme favoritism, very bitter angry work environment. ancient systems.to say moral is low is an understatement. pay is WELL below industry standards. no bonus program. shall I go on.....no growth opportunities. Zero work life balance. They want blood and your first child.

      I liked most of the proper I worked with.

      They run off the assumption that they can pay people very little (below minimum wage) because their employee discount made up for it.

      Pros

      If you're a horse person, pretty good discount. Mostly laid back atmosphere.

      Cons

      Terrible interdepartmental communication. Division between inside offices and warehouse, almost like it's two different worlds. Communication with the retail stores is lousy. Incredible and obvious favoritism. Bullying coworkers (and even coming from those in leadership roles). Management does not lead by example. No room for employee growth. High stress environment. No bonuses. Very low employee morale. Management needs to change.
