Terrible place to work

Pros

Employee discount is the only pro

Cons

Does not pay a living wage. Any fast food establishment pays more by several dollars an hour. Absolutely no job security. They closed a store and fired the whole staff with not even 24 hours notice. Most of the staff had been there for nearly a decade. Do not work here

Pros

Employee Discount is the only upside to working here You might make friends with similar interest

Cons

Garbage pay.. McDonald’s will pay you more at entry level than you get paid as part of store management. Continuously gone downhill since Steve Day left as CEO. Corporate does not care about the little people Aka the actual faces working in the dover stores. Lots of tight friendships in corporate level Aka nobody is held accountable for anything Lots of corporate employees who need to retire and ultimately will be the death of this company which is sad because it used to be so great. HR is inadequate and simply there for show No CEO anymore and the president of the company knows absolutely nothing about the equestrian community and what they want from a tack business. Is actively destroying the brand and they will blame the store employees for lack of business. Everything is the part time store employees faults. It’s never corporates fault even though the stores run solely on corporates rules and ideas. Try making sales when you have no product to sell people because the warehouse sucks at their job and corporate has been horrible with product allocations.
