The schedule to work was posted 3-4 months in advance, which made it very difficult to book holidays or vacations because I had to do it so far in advance. I was scheduled to work on Black Friday, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day every single year (terrible) I worked here.

There isn’t really anything you can do if you find yourself in a position that isn’t for you, even after the probation period. Also, there was a person in my department who circumvented her “negative” marks (any customer’s order that might have something wrong with it) by simply NOT SIGNING HER NAME on any of the orders. I confronted her with an order she filled on a master list, and she simply took the list from me and threw it away. This was before Covid-19, so there are probably gonna be some differences in how they do fulfillment now. I certainly hope she no longer works there.
