      Pros

      Can't think of many honestly. You can get 50% off of food. The hours are nice unless the micromanaging boss makes you stay later than scheduled which tends to happen

      Cons

      They fire you before your 90 days. Micromanaged all day long. Have to ask to leave when shift is over. Have to do a daily checklist. Office space is extremely small and everyone can hear your every breath.

      The have a wonderful concept, great product that is considered to be a tire bellow the Hilton concept that is the more luxurious brand

      Cons

      Don't have enough staff to appropriately address guests needs, current staff is ask to do to many roles all at once.

      The work culture is real! Most people want to be helpful and they want to be at work. And most people really want to help our guests!

      Cons

      Management sees things from different metrics than floor workers but most workers don't realize that. So sometimes it can feel like you're being thrown under the bus by management.
