Pros

Good Benifits for full time employees. Possible good changes in the future. I believe they are trying to improve their company.

Cons

Not enough employees to complete tasks. At times their is only one employee on duty. Its is impossible to complete all tasks with the payroll hours. Managers are required to work fourty nine hours per week but, to complete everything or try too you need to work sixty. Manager can only work six days per week so long before they look for other employment.

Pros

Your salary will pay some, but not all of your bills. Some customers are great people.

Cons

Physically demanding work environment. Not enough payroll dollars to staff the store on a daily basis. You will work at least 60 hours each week. Most customers are unpleasant individuals. Theft is rampant, both from customers and employees. I've never experienced anything like it and I've worked in retail for more than 30 years. Caught 4 employees "grazing" damaged goods my first week.
