Treated like a stocker instead of a manager, not allowed to make merchandising decisions, constant threats to managerial ability (make it look just like the picture). Upper mgmt never has anything nice to say to you regardless of how your customers like your store. All this negativity is coming from above and rolling down.

the payroll dollars are spread so thin, people suffer to get things done. Being by yourself as cashier when you'rethe manager is ludicrous. you have to wait on customers, check in vendors, answer the phone, clean up spills if it happens, do refunds, do daily tasks, do paperwor, and heaven forbid, if you have to go to the bathroom, all working by yourself for 3-4 hrs.
