      1. Toxic Work Environment: It has become evident that the workplace culture here is increasingly toxic. There is a palpable sense of fear and mistrust among employees. 2. Lack of Transparency: It's challenging for employees to feel engaged and motivated when they are kept in the dark. 3. Inadequate "Leadership": The current management style seems to prioritize micromanagement and just hear biased voices from some people, especially if you were born in Uruguay. 4. Unequal Is not only demoralizing but also harmful to teamwork. Consistency and fairness in policies and treatment are fundamental.
