1. They claim to be a big company (NYSE listed), however the company is a mess : no internal processes put into place, no clear definition of work scopes, managers have the right to do whatever they want especially if they are from the inner circle (Uruguayans).
2. There is no handover policy. Don't expect a proper handover to be done for you. You will have "I don't know" as a answer to most of all your questions since nobody in this company has been through a handover process.
3. Poor/micro management: this company is run by children, most of the managers get their positions because they are friends with someone highly placed in the company, so your manager won't probably have knowledge about the technicalities of the role and will put the blame it on you to justify their lack of competencies with the top management whenever they get the chance to.
You will put effort in a lot of things but your manager will point up one thing that you didn't do and make all the review assessment about it.
4. You will never feel secure in this company because they will fire you once they take everything from you. They don't care if you have a family or kids to feed.
5. They have no problems committing local regulation breaches, they engage into activities without having licenses, they get involved into activities that are prohibited by local laws. They have been part of big scandals in many countries. I invite you to search the company in the internet.
