Leadership skills are missing in most of the Managers Huge trust and loyalty issues within teams Employee are not respected and appreciated for anything People talk to female collegues in disrespectful and slang languages People seeking career growth would always be humiliated If u raise a concern of any misconduct or abuse, you would be more harrassed and suppressed Mental well-being is being challenged

Brand resonance and great product portfolio

We do not have a voice, everything we do, we do it for optics, we are losing market share big time! and yet our entire focus is on increasing sales value and not retaining customers, the talented lot is leaving us and joining the competitors because they see value in their actions towards their employees and customers, and we are NOT A GREAT PLACE TO WORK! clearly...

Pros

Great products and the job can be meaningful especially if you enjoy learning about hygiene and infection prevention.

Cons

-underpaid sales team. No bonus structure with the SIS scheme failing to launch by senior management. - Diversey had a great company culture but since the zenith merge they have allowed zenith to run the show and implement their way of micro managing and having no freedom or trust for the employees to complete their job the way they work best. Instead everyone is being told exactly how to plan and to complete each visit. It’s a shame because people will just leave especially when given no incentives and the salary’s barely make minimum pay. The company will lose quality workers and left with machines designed by zenith to run the show. -nepotism at it’s finest. -zero diversity in management mostly close minded men that don’t have the intelligence on how to create a great culture and motivate staff. Instead constant threats to put employees on performance reviews. -Sales force should be used to help employees to do their job not to track them and catch them out. Once again Zenith managers are behind this.
