-underpaid sales team. No bonus structure with the SIS scheme failing to launch by senior management. - Diversey had a great company culture but since the zenith merge they have allowed zenith to run the show and implement their way of micro managing and having no freedom or trust for the employees to complete their job the way they work best. Instead everyone is being told exactly how to plan and to complete each visit. It’s a shame because people will just leave especially when given no incentives and the salary’s barely make minimum pay. The company will lose quality workers and left with machines designed by zenith to run the show. -nepotism at it’s finest. -zero diversity in management mostly close minded men that don’t have the intelligence on how to create a great culture and motivate staff. Instead constant threats to put employees on performance reviews. -Sales force should be used to help employees to do their job not to track them and catch them out. Once again Zenith managers are behind this.
