Pros
Great product line, Now that we are an independent company we can make decision that are right for our business and industry, ownership is willing to invest if the business and its people, we are making strides to become better positioned in the North American market, benefits are strong - day 1 vesting in 401(k) match.
Cons
The company is still in initial stages of discovering who we are, you must be able to manage through ambiguity and regular change, self-sufficient employees will do well but onboarding is an issue and needs to be improved.
