      * A job that offers benefits * Semi-decent pay * Regular 40 hr work weeks

      Cons

      *Management is a joke...They nit pick small things (being LESS THAN 1 MIN LATE), not letting you make up time even when you have valid reasons to be out. Treat you like you are stupid and 11 years old when they know NOTHING and are never any help when truly needed. Do not support or care about employees and only care about if there is enough phone coverage. *Customer Service is treated like scum and the supervisors say they have your back but talk bad about you to each other. * Management is PETTTTTTY

      Pros

      If you are a yes man then you'll do great. The less money you want the more likely you'll be employed.

      Cons

      Micro managed, be careful not to upset the wrong person or you'll be bullied or reputation tarnished. HR is not helpful, the folks who went to them for complaints all ended up not being employed. Dirty politics, enough to drive someone to the edge but just short of a lawsuit.
