      The company culture needs some help. Most people walk past each other without speaking. Little to no employee development. Lack of transparency.

      Good people, good benefits, opportunity for growth

      Cons

      Staff is cut to the point no one can do more than a shallow dive into any position. You end up telling the same people the same information about every 3 months. Red tape is unbelievable & getting any special situations dealt with can be very lengthy.
