Fast paced global company - just acquired by Bain Capital - one of the elite private equity companies. Going through a transformation and you are able to make an impact quickly. Very engaged and talented CEO and leadership team to work with.

Cons

Very fast paced. If you want to do the same thing every day this is not the right place for you. Global nature of company is inherently complex.
