Pros

Good paymaster, atleast for initial years. Good incentive structure if you are a performer. Lot of freedom to implement your ideas. You get to learn a lot.

Cons

People who don't want to get involved in operations along with sales are going to be in pain. Sales people are responsible for almost everything related to customers. So it might come under Cons for some hardcore Sales people. Annual financial growth is not that great for existing team.

Pros

Some good people at lower levels

Cons

The Senior leaders in this company create a toxic culture of bullying and finger pointing to deflect their own misses and inadequacies. There is not an ounce of carrying for the people that work so hard day in and day out to support this company.

Pros

Large company with, relative sound products and customer base. The company is using solid IT and HR platforms that make HR on-boarding, IT issues very simple to navigate and complete, thus allowing you to hit the ground with your feet running.

Cons

If you value your career and time, pass on them until the dust settles from what may or may not be in motion. Communication flow and transparency are nonexistent from observations made. They are holding things highly compartmentalized at the Senior Exec level. This is due in large part because the are Privately held and VC backed by Bain Capital. The are trimming costs across many divisions well beyond reasonable lines to maintain quality service towards current customers. Targeted growth also amongst certain divisions seem unreasonable given current economic climate. It appears that they feel the need to have answers for the business problems they face, so they put out information that quite frankly is inconsistent and not relative to the true issues they have at all.
