      Pros

      Work Culture was good for quiet some years. People loved to work with Diversey.

      Cons

      There is unnecessary stress being created by certain individuals and work culture is being diluted.

      Pros

      Co-workers, for the most part, are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The building is nice and parking is plentiful. They have food trucks almost daily. Culture is great for younger workers and millennials.

      Cons

      Diversey doesn't prioritize developing or promoting internal talent and prefers to hire from the outside, which is great if you're looking for a career, bad if you're looking for a new challenge within the company. Diversey is own by Bain Capital which adds its own dynamic to the workplace with a focus on cash flow and little else that I can see.
