Pros

-Unlimited annual pass (for yourself, since you can get into the park whenever you want) -Learn about events and new things going on in the park -Awesome co-workers -Benefits (discounts for various services and products aside from the Disney company)

Cons

-Hours -Not flexible(sucks if you're a student) -Everyone is replaceable (employees come and go) they are such a big company that they have the ability to fire and hire at any time.

Pros

Benefits of coming into the park! The friends you make are the best! Hours!!!! When it's busy, you get hours and overtime!!!!! Paid weekly!!!! I can't stress on the people, because many will come and go but they can make it or break it. Depending on where you work, it's mostly young people and can relate with you. Pays higher than most jobs and is extremely easy!!!

Cons

Hate going into the park because you've been there all week working.... Select few people just ruin it because they will do anything to be promoted. Hours suck if you are new and it's slow season. Expect one day or no shifts at all. Closing shifts are to be expected. High school drama and other things are to be expected. Advancing is on management's discretion and they tend to favor people who can be their drones... Full time hours during peak with no health benefits. Also conflicts with school schedule.

Pros

Great perks: free entrance into the parks, cast member only perks, discounts in the park and at company store.

Cons

Low pay. Inconsistent hours/scheduling. Difficult to balance work/life. Difficult co-workers. Gossipy environment. Unresponsive management. This is only from the perspective of someone who works at the theme park. Corporate employees may have a better experience. However, the pay is so low at the parks, it may be that it's just hard to attract and keep good people.
