      Pros

      interaction with guests are usually positive, resort go-ers are happy to meet you. Some days were fun but the best part was bonding with fellow cast members. .

      Cons

      cliques, company expects availability at beck and call, employees generally "brainwashed," no work-life balance, wages not competitive, this job works well for some, typically career disney types but generally it's good to get the experience and go elsewhere if you have your eyes set on career advancement.

      Pros

      Pretty much everyone in Orange County works here at some point. You could get in the park for free when you were not working.

      Cons

      It took a long time to commute from the employee parking lot, wait in line for the shuttle, take the shuttle ride, change into your costume, and sometimes walk across the park (behind the scenes of course so no shortcuts) so I was sometimes late. And since they computerize everything of course, I was always docked for it. Work here the 5:30 shift and you will get home late.
