Pros

The magic of working at the happiest place on earth. I love my fellow cast members, everyone is great

Cons

Lack of hours and pay. I'm lucky if I get 8-12 hours per week. You basically are working for the benefit to be able to enter the park. Better have a second job though if you need an actual income.

Pros

Can be a very fun job when you have opportunities to create magic moments. Perks are outstanding, only if you are a Disney Fan. Free admission for you and guests, discounts, free parking, awesome christmas discount, discount store of "leftover" inventory, working with other Disney Fans, insider info on new rides, access to special events, and more.

Cons

I did not make enough money to live on my own, opportunities to go to full-time are far and few, scheduling is a nightmare, expect to not have holidays off ever, answering to several bosses, guests can be a nightmare when they are cranky. The college program seems like it will get you places, but moving up here is nearly impossible. Only the best and the brightest succeed.
