Pros

Decent pay, guests are generally great, coworkers are generally nice.

Cons

Scheduling is hell. It’s all in order of seniority and you have people with 20+ years of seniority. You likely will never see a morning shift outside of training unless by some miracle someone shift trades with you. You get all closing shifts no scheduled accommodations even if you have kids or school. Pretty much figure it out and good luck. Attendance policy is strict but if you even get close to the border you’re out. Coworkers are nice but teachers pets where if you stub a toe and say gosh darn they’ll tell on a manager on you.
