Pros

Weekly paycheck, other cast level employees will work hard with you in spite of difficult work circumstances

Cons

Night hours make life balance very difficult. Poor management; harboring toxic work environments for control at expense of workplace efficiency, verbal abuse, favoritism, inappropriate comments to cast, concerning lack of oversight, problems caused by inability to track their own budgets, surprisingly unknowledgeable for task and process needed to complete the work they manage.

Pros

Free park passes and some discounts (depending on how long you stay loyal to the mouse)

Cons

Say goodbye to spending time with your family and friends on the weekends (Thursday -sundays) and don’t even think about making holiday plans cause you’ll be scheduled for every single holiday.
