Pros

Various benefits and small perks. It can be a fun environment. Lots of diversity

Cons

They have heavy-handed disciplinary policies that can be inconsistent across locations, and their disciplinary actions are based on a rolling calendar year, which can accumulate and extend penalties, easily leading to restrictions and terminations. The work schedule is also not very flexible and can be very inconsistent, especially for part-time employees. Lastly, the benefits and perks of working there are frequently removed or heavily restricted.
